The Cedar Point Boathouse is a cozy studio type rental. The non-smoking, housekeeping boathouse sleeps 2-3 people and has one bathroom. The boathouse is an ideal additional rental for extra guests who may want a little privacy when renting the cottage above. There is a dock which allows you to bring your own boat or you can rent a boat in nearby Clayton at Clayton Marina. You can also enjoy swimming or fishing from the dock.
On top of the boathouse is a large deck with furniture to soak up the sun during the day or watch the amazing sunsets in the evening.
The boathouse is just a short walk from Cedar Point State Park which offers a boat launch and a sandy beach which can be used for an additional fee paid to NYS Parks.
The boathouse has a nice sized main room which serves as the living room, dining room, and sleeping quarters. The room has plenty of seating space with two sofas, with one pulling out into a bed suitable for two. A third person is welcome to sleep on the other sofa.
Enjoy waterfront dining from the table which overlooks the dock and River or use the breakfast bar for quick snacks or meals.
The small well equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, small stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. There is one bathroom with a shower stall.

A small store, deli and gas station is located at the entrance to the
boathouse, and a restaurant is just one mile away. Attractions,
sightseeing and shopping The boathouse is rented separately from the cottage, and is offered by
